From Idea to First Order: A 30-Day Peptide Brand Launch Plan
A realistic week-by-week launch plan for a research peptide brand: supply, brand, storefront, fulfillment, and the checklist that gets you to your first order.
Week 1 — Supply and identity
Lock your wholesale supply relationship with verified COAs for your launch SKUs. In parallel, start brand identity: name, logo, colors, and the vial label system. These two tracks can run at the same time — and should, because they're the two longest-lead items you don't fully control.
Week 2 — Storefront build
With identity settled, the storefront takes shape: catalog structure, product pages with research-use framing, checkout, and the legal pages. Resist adding features; a fast, clear, compliant five-page site beats an ambitious one that never ships.
Week 3 — Fulfillment and compliance pass
Connect your 3PL, run a test order end to end, and do a full compliance review of every public page. This is the week to be pedantic — it's far cheaper than a payment processor freeze in week six.
Week 4 — Soft launch and iterate
Open quietly. Share with your immediate network, watch the first orders flow through fulfillment, fix what's confusing, and only then turn up promotion. The goal of week four isn't scale — it's proof that the machine works.
The shortcut
That plan assumes you coordinate four vendors and learn each discipline as you go. Business in a Box exists precisely to compress this: supply, white-label vials, storefront, fulfillment setup, and compliance documents delivered as one tracked project — see exactly how it maps out with the interactive Launch Checklist.
